Conversation data is encrypted and stored securely. No human at Madsen Media LLC or the BuddyPro platform team has direct access to the content of your conversations. Data is processed temporarily by AI models to generate responses and is not used for AI model training.
4. Shared AI Platform
Dr. Josh Bot is built on the BuddyPro platform, which uses a unified AI brain and shared user profile system. Basic information you share may be accessible to other AI assistants built on the same platform if you choose to engage with them. No personal conversation content is shared between platform instances or accessible to any human.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Telegram as the communication interface. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
6. Not HIPAA Compliant
Dr. Josh Bot is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Do not submit protected health information through this platform. See our Terms of Service for full details on acceptable use.
