These Terms of Service govern your use of Dr. Josh Bot, an AI-powered clinical education assistant created by Madsen Media LLC. By accessing or using Dr. Josh Bot, you agree to these terms.
1. About Dr. Josh Bot
Dr. Josh Bot is an AI assistant trained on clinical frameworks developed by Dr. Josh Madsen and the Infinity Neuromotor Development Center team. It is designed to provide educational information and clinical reference support to licensed and unlicensed healthcare practitioners. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
2. Not HIPAA Compliant
Dr. Josh Bot is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and has not entered into any Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Do not input any protected health information (PHI) into Dr. Josh Bot, including patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses tied to identifiable individuals, insurance information, or any other identifying details.
By using Dr. Josh Bot, you acknowledge that you will not use it to store, transmit, or process PHI. You may describe clinical cases in general, de-identified terms for educational and reference purposes.
3. Educational Use Only
All information provided by Dr. Josh Bot is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Always apply your own professional judgment and consult appropriate clinical resources before making decisions about patient care.
Dr. Josh Bot is an AI system and, like any AI, can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any output and relying on your own clinical training before acting on it.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Dr. Josh Bot is offered on a subscription basis with Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual plans. All subscriptions are billed in USD. Each plan includes a monthly message limit that resets on the same date each month.
Additional message packs are available for purchase and are only available to active subscribers. Message packs do not expire and stack on top of your monthly limit.
All payments are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current term, any partial billing period, or unused message allowances. Your access remains active through the end of the term you have already paid for.
Madsen Media LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Billing inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact jon@drjoshmadsen.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Dr. Josh Bot to:
- Input patient identifying information of any kind.
- Generate content intended to harm or mislead patients or practitioners.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying training data or system configuration.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All clinical frameworks, content, and methodologies referenced within Dr. Josh Bot are the intellectual property of Dr. Josh Madsen and Madsen Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content generated by Dr. Josh Bot without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Madsen Media LLC is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on information provided by Dr. Josh Bot. Use of this service is at your own professional discretion and risk.
Dr. Josh Bot is an AI system and may generate information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madsen Media LLC, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents, is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misinformation produced by Dr. Josh Bot, or for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on its output. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
8. Changes to These Terms
Madsen Media LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dr. Josh Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
